Axim Auto Mount / GPS

Using GPS in an auto, most common, we use a windshield or
other mount for our Axim X50.

Sound isn't the bestest in the world.

Does anyone make an auto mount perhaps with a speaker built in or a speaker adaptor? Something like my hands free mounting for the cell phone in the auto?

The auto hands free mount with a remote speaker works very well and would also make hearing GPS instructions much easier.

Two suggestions are the Seidio G2500 and a couple of different mounts at Arkon.

I have a Holux CR100 mount, with built in GPS receiver and speakers; works very well. And because it's all in one unit it is neat and compact.

I can only warn for the cr100.
I bought it in May and the suction cup is not the best.
The holder has now fallen down a couple of times and whats even worst, sometime while driving, which means a great security risk as it usually happens, when you drive corners and it might fall in the direction of the driver.
I wrote them an email now to ask, what they think about it.
Found that other people in the net had the same problem and tried sneaking around that with putting hair-spray on the suction part.
I tried that for a time, but it is not the 100% stuff I would think of.

Regards
Thorsten
