I must not have opted for that axim adapter when I purchased it. I'll search the dell site to see what that might be.

I'm not sure if you're referring to an adapter that you thought may have come w/ the OCN bundle, but this is what it says on buygpsnow's advertisement for OCN5:
NOTE 2: We only provide the cable and you have to use the adapter supplied by your PDA manufacturer. If you do not have this adapter plug, you can only use the car charger for charging the BT-339.
Hope you enjoy you're new toy!
Ed

It was the adapter supplied during the x50v purchase. I need to dig through the Axim box and see if it was something that came by default or only when you opt for car charger (which I didn't).
I'm still learning how to use the new toy but so far so good. It's really a holiday gift for my wife so at some point I'm hoping to be able to teach her how to use it.

If I'm not mistaken, every Dell AXIM x50/51 package have this adapter. I'm going to double check my box too. Just to make sure.

I just got my package. But I have a question about the installation directory. When I installed the OCN 5 program from the SD card, It was automaticly installed in the main memory. How can I change the directory? Did some body try to install to the built-in memory or SD?

There isn't enough room left on the card that came with the package to install the program there. I installed mine to main memory

I think there is enough room to have the program reside on the SD card. However, there is not enough space available to actually install the program to the SD card. If you move/delete your maps, install OCN5 then put the maps back on the SD card then you should be okay. But if you ask me, thats too much of a hassle.

I also received my bundle this week (last night). I had to make a couple of trips today. So I got to test it out. I am pleased with the product and looking forward to putting through its paces. :approve:
In regards to installation: I originally installed the program to the main memory (x51v). But after further reflection, I removed the seamless US map and loaded the program and the major eastcoast US map to the SD. For my use (mostly regional) this is a better utilization of resources.

I got it 3 days ago. I love it! Saved me 20 minutes the other day driving from CT to RI.
