x51v and SERIAL GPS Hiacom Hi-204s

x50v and SERIAL GPS
Hi Emmtee,

I have a Hi-204s serial gps, it works fine with my old x3i, Now I want to use it in my new x51v.

after looking for something infomation in aximsite , I do this

For GPS
1,2,3,4 - + 5.5 (in)
10 – rx
11 - tx
15, 16, 17 – GND (in)

But is doesn't work, How can I do?

I bought form buygpsnow.com, Here is some info.

It works now. This GPS is a RS232, it can work for desktop.

GPS tx( passed transistor) ----- Desktop Com1 pin 2
GPS rx( passed transistor) ----- Desktop Com1 pin 3
GPS G ------ Desktop Com1 pin 5

Open GPS cover, I saw a st232b here, what a luck.
so, just take these pin 11 (tx), pin 12(rx) to x51v, It works

The Y calbe was work for X3I. Now, It works for X51V
