you are right. I reread the article and it clarifies quite a few details.

I just need to see how i can effectively use this software with these Glicthes.

I use Iguidance 2.1.3 with BT-338 on X51V. I do not see your problem. Application is on internal ROM, maps are on cheap 512M or 1G SanDisk SD card. You might want to try a soft reset to see if it helps. I have notice that iGuidance occassionally will go into a non-functioning mode where I can't see street names. I haven't figured out the sequence that causes the problem yet. Simply closing and restarting application does not fix problem. Only a soft reset fixes the problem.

Iguidance does lag about 1 1/2 seconds behind. I'm a truck driver and use it just about every day. Theres just enough lag time that can screw you up in some situations. For example, if you take a off-ramp which curves and splits at the end of the curve, you can take a wrong turn if for some reason you didn't hear the voice prompt on which side to take. Which has happened to me due to someone yelling into their CB or I'm jamming to some tunes...
