Help!!! Can't connect

Help!! I uninstalled OCN5 from my axim x50v main memory and into BIS to help memory allocation errors. Problem is now it won't connect to the Oncourse bt339 GPS unit. I have a bt connection that is logging in GPSinfo, but when I try to get ocn5 to work it won't pick up the GPS unit. I have tried bluetooth manager and it still won't work!!! Help!!!

You might have to set the baud rate and COM port in your axim. I forget the settings but a search in the GPS forum will turn them up. Search for Baud rate or COM port. Also a soft re-set may help. I am sure you alaready tried to automatically detect the GPS in your OCN settings Menu.

Glad to hear it's up and running. Yeah I don't know why but it will happen to me too. I Try and try to get it to talk with the receiver but no luck. Like you, some piddling around usually gets it up and running again. I have read in the past X50 owners have to set the Baud and COM. Happy New Year!
