Hi everyone.

I do not know if this has been brought up before but I was having problems with my Globalsat Wired reciever and my X51v (A06). After a number of hours surfing I found a resolution.

If you have used Tomtom before wired you will know that usually there is a choice of Serial Cable on COM1: but for a reason known only to Dell in the registry this was in Greek (I think). so when viewed on tom tom it showed as Se???a?? ?a??d?? st?? COM1: but did not work. so the solution is to change the Friendly name in the registry for it.

so follow the following instrutions.

I did not come up with this my self but as I could not find it here and it seams to be an Axim Problem I thought I would post it here.
