Unfortunately, Seidio used to have it, and they also listed this GPS10 charging cable on their European website. But they seem to have removed it. WHich is kinda stupid as Garmin is now releasing the GPS10 to their Palm users. So, the GPS10 charging cable will need to be on their websites if they want Palm users to buy their Seidio mounts.
