Does TomTom 5 need a special Patch/Driver for WM5?

The header just about says it all. Is there any need for a special patch file or driver that has to be downloaded from TomTom's web site to enable this program to work with a Dell Axim X51v running WM5?

BTW, if there is... can someone ID it? There are so many patches/drivers on their web site and they don't give full descriptions and compatability with them.

All versions of TT5 work with WM5.

Early versions had bugs associated with using VGA screens and/or had to be installed by copying the CAB files rather than just using the installation on the CD.

You need version 5.21 which was released to have compatibility with WM5

Be aware that maps matched with older versions of TT (V4 in the USA and V3 in Europe) may not work with that latest version of TT. All maps associated with TT5.x should be okay.

Thanks... I'll have to check my version and see if I need that file. I know something is up because I have been able to get Mapopolis running with my SDIO GPS (SD-502) albeit inconsistently... but TT5 tells me theres no GPS in the system. When you try to set up the preferences, you are presented with a couple of wired and wireless GPS options, but no CF or SD GPS option.
