Help me pick a good GPS software

Very simple, I want to be able to do the following:

1. I want to be able to just enter an address, have the software find my current location, and then audibly tell me when and where to turn.
2. I want the software to have all of the US mapped AND I want it to have a map for Japan or the option of downloading it for a small fee.
3. I want it to be able to correct the route if I miss a turn.
4. It needs to work with WM5.

Which will be the best to do this?

Runes911,

I use TomTom Nav. 5.

1) It can find your address and tell you where to turn.
2) It supports the US/CA but if you want Europe/Asia you would have to purchase the additional maps. Not sure what the pricing is and if you would have to purchase the full product twice.
3) TT5 does a great job of re-routing.
4) Works with WM5.

Hope that helps. Do some search on the forum to get some other users feedback on different software.

I don't know of any USA + Japan solutions off the shelf.

Also, after doing your due diligence here and searching and reading reviews of TomTom, OCN, iGuidance, etc... head on over to gpspassion.com and search and research there.

There are literally enough posts, opinions and thread to keep you busy for hours finding a solution that best fits your needs. I think there is actually a forum entitled "Which GPS Software should I buy?" or something to that effect in the PDA software forum over there.
