Hi all, just got my axim the other day i'm rather new to the site so be easy on me!! I am trying to load i guidance on my x51v and it will load one state just fine but when i try to load multipule states on the map loader it gets to action 12 of 16 everytime and won't go any further???? any ideas?

where are you creating the maps? You should be creating them on your pc. if that is what you are doing then I would try to uninstall it and try again. sounds like something is corrupt.

Yep loading them on a cf card from my desktop pc but when here is something interesting when i go to memory on the axim it shows main and sd but not my cf card??? is this correct ? I have a scandisk ultra II cf card and a scandisk sd card i was trying to load the maps on the cf card. I will uninstall everything tonight and try over! thanks for the tip

Try waiting a bit longer. I too noticed that after selecting many states that it can take a long time to go from stage 12 to 16. Give it 20-30 minutes.

yup, i agree with cbs01...steps 12-16 take a long time. just kick off the map generation and go grab a bite to eat or something. it should work.
