Just finished making my null-modem cable to connect my new Axim with my old Garmin 12 but.....it does not work!
I´m using OziCE, 4800 bps, COM1, sentence GPRMC but the Axim does not get any GPS data input.Any suggestions? I´m growing a bit desperate. Also tried to connect the GPS after Ozi was on, but it was of no help!

Hi JUAN

Make sure you turn ActiveSync off. Start/ActiveSync/Tools/Options/uncheck both options on the screen. Then OK/Close and make sure ActiveSync is not running (Switcher Bar/Exit Current Program).

Then start Ozi and plug the Serial Sync Cable into the bottom of the Ax. Then start comms and it should work.

You have to do the battery mod to get Ozi to work.

Haven't done it myself, cause I don't need Ozi.
