Not sure if I have seen TomTom software in stores but I have seen iGuidance in Fry's electronics before.

One of my complaints about Mapopolis is that some major bodies of water are missing or wrong. For instance, the Mississippi river through Minneapolis & St Paul, MN is mostly missing from their maps. They have Hawaii shown as a several small bodies of water surrounded by great expanses of empty land.
