I'm about to order the Axim X51v w/ the Dell GPS unit. This is probably a stupid question but the actual maps come with it right? I'm asking because earlier I went on the Nav-whatever site (the company that makes the maps) and you can order maps for $99.

Yes, The maps will be in the software,that I assume is coming with it. I have the IGuidance software, seems pretty good, of course it is the only one I'Ve had. The $99.00 is probably to update maps down the road.

Hey dayna did you get it , update maps down the road? GPS, down the road? Oh well, I actually meant later in time, I'm sure you knew that but I remember when I first bought my X50V & the GPS stuff it was a little confusing at first. Not that I'm a genius at it now by any stretch of the imagination. Anyway welcome to the site, it should be very helpful to you.
