I received the software package for an update of my magellan 700 to give it the characteristics of a 760. My first attempt failed at 75% and my second attempt completed. The problem is when I went to restart the 700 roadmate I received an incompatible software message. I am not sure if anyone has seen this error yet as I believe this is a fairly new map update for the GPS. If anyone has encountered this problem or knows the fix please let me know. I am going to contact magellan support but am now stuck with no GPS except for the view portion and am going away for a while. It must be Murphy's law taking advantage of me; again! Thanks for any assistance provided.
