Does anyone know of a trial version of GPS software? I am in the market for GPS, but have never used it and would like to test drive something before I sink the cash into something I don't like or into a program that does not do what I like.

I really don't know what to expect from GPS as I know nothing about it, but it sounds like it would be great while traveling.

There's only one that I know of, I think it's Mapopolis that gives you 9 day trials. Other than that there's no trials. Isn't that incredible? I use Tomtom. There are lots of gps users here, and making the decision is a leap of faith. Do your homework and take the plunge. The good news is that all the packages are very good, so you won't lose with any of them.
