Does anyone know how to get hold of the UK postcode layer for Navteq Onboard (supplied with Dell GPS sat nav package)? Found the following announcement by navteq but have had no luck tracking it down:

For info, anyone looking to purchase the Dell gps sat nav, I would recommend it. I've been using it with an x51v for about 3 weeks now, and have found it to be very reliable:
Pros: Accuracy is spot on, and its incredibly easy to set up on your PDA (i managed without any problems and, being a bit of a techno-numpty, that's saying something
) - basically just plug and play once your software is loaded... no messing about trying to select the right com ports etc (I had a nightmare trying to get TTN5.21 talking with an iblue receiver prior to this... and failed miserably). The software also has auto-rerouting so if you miss a turn, it recalculates your route, which is pretty nifty.
Cons: Volume could do with being a bit louder, and software would benefit from a postcode layer (hence my query above). Also, naff in-car holder for your PDA looks like something out of war of the worlds!
