I chatted with their sales people before returning a product for full refund.
now they only going to credit me $40 dollar on a $500 dollar navigation system and send me another one. I will dispute with my credit card company since I have send the defective and unworking unit back to them already.

the navigation system unit is called Novogo V70 which has a lot problems do not buy it.

I thought you agreed to keep the unit and we are shipping you the replacement unit with AC and remote control.
