The bluetooth / CF / SD / serial is the interface. Bluetooth is wireless, but the pda has to have bluetooth to work, while serial is attached by a cable usually to the bottom of the PDA, and SD/CF require a slot to use
Warm-up time... is how long it takes before it starts getting signals and can be used. The longer it is, the longer it will take before a program can start telling you where you are at. Some things like travelling a long distance with it off will also make this process longer.
Battery life: I can't remember the exact figure, but I think I saw at one point that bluetooth consumed power 1/8 as fast, I'm not sure if that's with or without constant data travel. If you go with bluetooth, you might as well have either a powered mount, or a car charger for the PDA so that the battery isn't dead by the time you get to a destination a good distance away. I think pretty much every BT GPS comes with a car charger. I think all of these will end up using extra battery anyway, except for the serial, which is powered by a car charger with certain ones.
