I wanted to make others aware of an Issue I am having with a Seidio RBT-1000 GPS reciever. I have sent two emails requesting RMA and still have got no response.
Unit failed the first day I got it and will not even power on.
Has any others had issues with the RBT-1000 and also with Seidio.

try calling them. They seem to be more responsive that way. I had this issue with them too. They always got around to it eventually but it was slow.

My experience is the same as Bigdave's. Call them on the phone. They were friendly and courteous, and things got done, but it seems they move at glacial speed compared to other vendors I've dealt with (i.e. they took over two weeks from the time they received my return until they processed my credit).
