Really? It sounds to me like they do care, they just don't have the resourses right now to develop that particular enhancement.

I agree. It sounds like they do care to me. Why else would they admit something like that. At least they're not pulling a Dell and not:

A) Placing the blame on someone else

B) Being quiet and just let everyone wonder

At least they're being up front about it. I commend them for that. If their resources are strapped right now, they're strapped. There's not much you can do about it but wait it out.
