Recent X51/Navteq BT Purchase Problem

When I received the units, I followed the software instructions to load the maps. When I tried to open the application, it wasn't in the "Programs" section of the PDA. I have been able to find it listed in the "Program Files" section but have not been able to get it to run. After over an hour of attempting to get help from Dell I gave up. During that hour I was transferred several times and given a few different numbers to call, but no one gave me any assistance for the problem. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried uninstallilng and reinstalling into a different location (i.e. to the memory card instead of the main memory or vice versa)?

No, I have considered a hard reset, but have not moved anything at this point.

A hard reset would be a bit extreme and probably unwarranted at this stage. Mine is installed on my CF card and works fine. I would just do as jaimelobo said and try a reinstall.
