GPS drive both laptop & X5

I'd like to drive both a laptop, using MS S&T, for my DW to follow and my X5, using Mapopolis 4.6, from one Haicom 303.
Since the GPS only receives, is there a way to share its output to feed both computers?
thx

It looks to me like you could buy a copy of GPSGate (from www.franson.com), install it on your Pocket PC, and use it to send the GPS data to the application on your PDA and also send it out via the COM Port to your laptop. I would suggest you get in touch with Franson to make sure this is possible in the Pocket PC version. They have an evaluation version available for download.

It's possible with the PPC version. I've been able to share a GPS signal between 2 PDA's. I haven't tried PDA to laptop, but it should work.

GPSgate

Thanks for your help.
Looked into the GPSGate solution. I agree it would probably work. If I needed ports for running simultaneous software on one platform, it would be a clear winner.

The tradeoff is with another Haicom303. Although the software solution is more elegant. For the $19 dollar difference, I'd have a backup GPS.

Thanks again for the knowledgeable replies.
