I am brand new to the aximsite. I am getting ready to buy an X51v. I plan to also purchase a gps receiver. I am strongly considering the i-blue 737. I am waffling between i-Guidance and Tom Tom 6 for software. We are heading to Italy in May and will need Europe maps as well. I am hoping someone can tell me I can get mapping software for only Italy. I really don't want to spend so much for all of western Europe. What I know about the Axim, gps receivers and mapping software is extremely limited so please talk to me like I am in kindergarten.

look on TomTom website. You should be able to purchase just the Italy map. Don't quote me though....Sometimes its more economical to buy the bundle than just 1 map but its soley up to you....
