Hello Axim Community,

OK so after not winning in the Visiontac VGPS-700 contest, I was forced to buy one:realmad:. So I went with OnCourse 2 the hot edition according to buygpsnow.com (Which by the way is an awesome site. I would recommend anyone and everyone to them, especially for the Aximsite discount. I just love them. They were super fast too! It took one day to arrive, so I was really happy). After I received I went for a drive with pocket streets 2006. It was so easy to setup. Now I never look for which road I am in and which road is coming up.

Anyway enough with the blah blah blah. My question is since I am a student and I just shelled out about $100 for the receiver what are some cheap and or free NEMA complaint GPS software. I really cannot afford very expensive one (only if I won the contest). With that said also it has to have some decent features and etc. I know, and I did read other post so don't harass me please. :exc:

Also it would be great if you guys have any suggestions for any cool things I can do with it. And lasty my agony is why I didn't win the Visiontac VGPS-70o contest..j/k. My real agony is why was I stupid enough not to get it earlier.

Look into Google maps it has a option for GPS enabling. That is a free solution.
