I need some help on my past Purchase from BuyGPSNow

Since you folks don't have a phone number for customers to call in on, I'm trying every means available. Your fax line keeps showing up as poor line quality so I can't use that. I tried emailing you and nobody bothered to read the order number that was in the email. It would be helpful if you had better contact information and a little quicker turnaround in terms of response.

In the past I've bought TomTom navigation software from you, a Compact Flash GPS, a couple of extra Arkon mounts, and then bought a couple of bluetooth GPS units as well.

How do I contact customer service?

Have you try to open a support ticket with us?

Fax line is busy because we have a number of outgoing fax tranmissions going on. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Also, please tell us the nature of your issue here and I will help you right away. (If necessary, I will also call you)

axjax: I spoke with you on the phone the same day and have given you friends invoice. Hope you are doing well with requesting a 1-yr warranty request from US Globalsat on your BT-338 unit.
