Does one still need to free up program memory before running OCN6? I recall reading OCN6 used less memory when compared to OCN5.

From my use, it appears that OCN5 needs about 10 meg to run. At least that's what my system is reporting.

EDIT: I meant OCN6.

Just to clarify, with OC5 it helped to kill running programs (via start->settings->system->memory->running programs) and then use the memory allocation slide control to free up program memory (via start->settings->system->memory) otherwise OC5 would run slow or do the inevitable crash.

Jake, you meant OCN6, right? (instead of OCN5).

Kabin: No, OCN6 now requires less memory requirement than version 5.

I would say OCN6 requires about 8 to 10 MB vs. 12 to 18MB on OCN5.
