Cool NEWBIE - Opinions on these Ebay items?? Mystery GPS

I have never seen a GPS which looks like this:

Here's an explanation of WAAS: http://www.garmin.com/aboutGPS/waas.html

Basically it helps make GPS more precise.

I have a GlobalSat BC-307 and it supports WAAS.
