Those of you with converged devices and GPSes... can you comment on your usage of the GPS software - particularly in the car?

If I'm using, say iGuidance, TomTom or OCN6 and a call comes through or I need to make a call, how easily is that accomplished? Do you find it problematic and find yourself wishing you had a separate phone?
