I would recommend checking out a site like cnet.com for an evaluation of these GPSs. On this site, you'll find mostly recommendations on hardware / software for Dell Axim's, which could also be used on other PDAs. Usually a cheaper solution, plus you get more features in a PDA than a standalone GPS device.

I wquld agree with Helmut. I recently got Tom Tom Navigator 6 to use with my Axim X51v and love it. Only adds to the functinality of the PDA. I sold my Moto Q and went back to my Axim and simple phone for the total flexability that each offers.
