On that note, have you tried something as simple as registering software that you purchased from them directly? If so, you'll see the message "
Please note that we are in the process of implementing new online registration system. All new v4 customers will not be able to register at this time. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience."
And to think, I was given several confirmed dates that this would be working, as early as August 4 to the last date which was August 8. I've given up as it's still unavailable, and can't believe that they haven't gotten this straightened out and released a patched version on their site with the missing files. Good thing I had V3 already so I could provide my own technical support. I know I should give people time to get things together, but a computer software company that can't get their registration site together (and no updates without registration) makes me question their commitment.
