Has anyone had any experience with Delorme Street Atlas USA 2009???
or know where a good unbiased review is thanks

I would take a look at the Delorme forum. If I would have found it before I bought the 2005 version, I would have never bought it. It was very slow. You had to keep the maps small. The larger the ap the slower it was. If I got off course in town, it would not find a new route until I was after the turn it wanted me to take. I looked when the 2006 version came out and saw the same complains about that version.
