TomTom Navigator 6

I went to the TomTom site (US) and they have this listed as original products and is not shown as they uised to be. Does this mean they are not selling the PDA version anymore?

Is anyone using TTN6 on their ipaq 210 by chance, and if so do you like it. Does the TT BT gps reciever work well.

Anyone using the TT BT receiver with beeline GPS also by chance.

sorry for all the questions. I am an experienced TomTom user (past pda and current TT One). I was thinking about getting it for my ipaq as well and using the receiver for geocaching with beeline.

It's available on the U.K. website Here.

And I would think this is pretty much the same thing on the U.S. site.

Do you think it is still worth purchasing regarding support and the map age. I had heard (maybe just rumors, not sure) that they were done with the PDA business (except the devices that tomtom will be preinstalled on).

I had found a great price on a kit and am deciding whether to get it or not.

I believe once you have the software you should be able to update the maps without any problems.

The Tomtom home application doesn't seem to care what it is connected to, so as new maps become available you should be able to download them.

I purchased it about a month ago from Amazon.com & it shipped from expansys. I only purchased the software as my Tilt has an integrated GPS.

You will need to download the version 6.03 update from the TomTom website to use it with the 210.

I've stopped using TomTom on my 210. The maps are out of date and it often shows the destination to be +/- 50 meters from the actual physical destination. :(

I've gone to iGuidance. The interface isn't as nice as TomTom, but it seems more accurate.
