Question Internal GPS of LG-CT810 (Incite)

Hi.

I ve got new LG-CT810 (Incite) from AT&T (WM6.1 phone with internal GPS) two days ago. GPS is working correctly with AT&T Navigator that is coming with this phone, but another program dont want to work with this internal gps (Even the program that I have wrote by my self). :( I understand that internal GPS is not connected by COM port but ATT navigator connects the internal GPS directly.

But may be any way to emulate COM port connection with NMEA data from the internal GPS? Does somebody know about GPS chipset in phone? What API, protocol is used to connect that GPS?

Thank you.

PS. Glad to be at mobilitysite/aximsite again.

I have no idea, but one possible suggestion.

Does the phone have a GPS settings section?

Most devices have a setting or application that will allow you to adjust how the GPS works with other programs.

Look under Start/settings or Start/sttings/connections or Start/Programs etc...

It has Start/Setting/System/External GPS.
One-to-one as on my Axim. Nothing new, that would tell that that device has internal gps.
