Got my new GPS System!

After lurking and asking some questions in this forum, I decided to purchase a GPS system for my Axim X5. I read everything everyone had to say and was about to buy the Deluo CF card system with Routis, when I got an ivitation to go to New York this weekend. It called for a renatl car from newark into Manhattan, so I figured this would be the time to do it! Unfortunately, there would be no way to get the system and have it shipped to me without costing an arm and a leg. So, I went to Circuit City and bought the AmbiCom CF receiver that came bundled with a free trial version of PocketMap Navigator. The GPS card also had an external ant. After a few hours of playing with the system in my office, I had to try it out in my car. I love it! I can't wait until this weekend to see if it can navigate the canyons of NYC! I will, however have to wait on my PDA mount. I ordered the Deluo Axim mount that has the built in power adapter and an amplified speaker system for $59. Anyone have one of these?

My choice was predicated upon the time it would take to ship my GPS stuff to my home. So I opted for a GPS CF card that I could buy right off the shelf at Circuit City. It seems that this card is very similar to other cards, in fact it looks just like many of the crads that are discussed on this forum. I can't wait to fire it up on the plane! A few weeks ago I flew to Las Vegas and attempted to use my laptop and Deluo USB GPS mouse and it didn't work.
