Destinator and patch question

So here is the story a co-worker of mine gave me his old version of destinator which is 3.0.25 because he is moving to Japan and no longer needs the US version. So we did the legal thing and he uninstalled it from his axim and i installed it on mine.

But now i can't load the maps to my axim because destinator doesn't see my SD card on the axim x3i

I have no clue what's going on, it sees the main memory but not the sd card. I hear that there is supposed to be some kind of patch for it. I'm running activesync 3.7

You can manually copy the maps to your SD card. for 3.0.25 the folder is Paradigm, for 3.0.54 the folder is DestinatorApps. Download the latest update from D3's web site.

ummm i tried to do it, and it doesn't see my memory card it only sees the built in storage

I think that destinator will only load to main memory. When I loaded it I selected to have it install to the memory card. When the install completed the program is in the main memory anyway.

yea but the problem is it fails to recognize the memory card alltogether

Can you see your memory card in the file explorer or with any other program? It sounds like you might have a bigger problem. The first X3i that I received from Dell had a dead SD slot. I'm currently on my third one.

yea no problem i mean mapopolis works fine, i play media files off of it all the time, it works just fine
