Haicom 303s broke, Seidio mount Broke!

I just got my GPs last week, and i don't know if I am gust to ruff with it or if every thing i bought was poor quality.

My gooseneck snapped with in 48 hours of recieving with tring to find the right spot to put it in.

I have a faulty cable for the mount to the reciever so i can't use my 303s as a mouse.

Now, while trying to get iGuidance to reconise the 303s as a mouse, i tried to pull the 1394 out of the reciever and the 303s 1394's ports came out withthe cable and yannked 2 wires and snapped 2 wires.

Am i just screwed as far as using the Haicom as a mouse? Will it be covered under warranty? I wrote Semson and asked but i thought i could get a faster response here.

Semsons is usualy very helpfull in these cases.
I think the warranty still applies.
The idea is that warranty is voided if you did something that wasn't supposed to be done with that item.
Pulling a cable it's considered a normal use so I believe semsons will honor the warranty.
(plus they are very nice guys)

Semsons is very helpful in this case. They agreed to replace my Seido mount and they will replace the Haicom 303s for 15 to 30% of the purchase price. GREAT customer service. After i recied the e-mail stating they would replace the products i called because i had questions and the person i spoke to on the phone was the same person the responded to my e-mail. He knew the answers to my questions before i could even finish asking them. I am a very satisfied customer.

So do you think the HaiCOM 303s sucks? I'm thinking about ordering that since it has Xtrac V2 and come with a Destinator3 trial

I use the 303s with Haicom bluetooth slipper, works just fine.

My Seidio G2500 gooseneck came off the suction cup part but a little krazy glue fixed it.
