I'm in the market for mounting my axim x30h in my truck, and have not yet decided on which route I will take.

The proclip mount looks very clean and neat, but I can't believe that those pieces of plastic are going for ~$65 for the complete setup... I like the Seidio G2500, but all that I really need is something to mount it nice and clean. No bells and whistles needed. If anyone has any cheap alternatives to Seidio or ProClip I would sure appreciate it. Thanks a bunch guys.

Arkon has universal mounts (no bells and whistles) but a quality mount all the same. They have about 9 different types of mounting pedestals so you're bound to find one for your truck.

Check out this link. Semsons has the prolip with a windshild mount for 30 bucks.
