Does this exist...?

Hi again.. Heres a new approach - since I've read reviews of pretty much all of the major GPS apps out there, instead of asking "whats best", I wanted to list a few of my preferences and see if anyone can tell me an app which may have most (if not all) of them...

1) Informative 2d/3d interface without being overbearing. (I like the interface of PMN ALOT, shows me everytyhing I"d want to see and hides what I don't...)
2) Informative 2d/3d interface without being 'bland'. I've read great reviews of Mapopolis, but when I downloaded the demo I thought it was just.. bland.
3) Extensive list of POI's. I posted this in another thread - I'd love the flexibility to look up retail chains (Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Sears.. but I don't know if any PPC has that...)
4) Ability to select POI's on the fly. With Destinator 3, if I see a POI on the map (gas station) I can tap it, get a pull down menu and select to navigate to it... While it may not select the exact location it will get me in that area. Great for needing gas on a long trip and not wanting to go through menu's and windows to select that way.
5) Easy input of addresses. Probably the biggest complaint I have with Destinator - it seems like a long process to input addresses.. even when selecting from Contacts you need to choose the person, then select thier home/business/other address (even if theres only one) then confirm.. I jsut want to hit a contact and have it map (if theres one address in the contact).

I think thats it.. I think if i found a program with these 5 options I'd be in love with it.. Obviously accuracy has to be there and from what I've seen so far I prefer the Navtech maps... But what comes closest to having each of these features?

I just got the iGuidance 2.0, and "personally" it fits me well on all the points that you mentioned above. :)

Regards,
