To most important choice is the SW.

I finally chose the Destinator since BuyGPSNow had a great offer
and that I could get US and Europe coverage. Otherwise the iGuidance seems to be a good choice as well.

If you are planning to go hiking you can always try/use

In Europe I have not found a similar product - perhaps VITOs
