i just noticed on the mapopolis website that the map viewer was version 3.21.

There was no info on what was changed from v3.20
I have not had time to install it to find out.

HERE IS THE PROGRAMMERS NOTE FOR THE BUG FIX:
Here's a slightly updated version (3.21) which corrects the problem
described below. This turn involves a road going into a one-way road
(expressway) at an angle (45 degrees) - there's only one legal way of going.
In the current version if the angle is narrower than 60 degrees it's
considered a merge and no turn notification is given. In this version I
adjusted the limit down to 40 degrees - also I made a fix so that instead of
saying "Z becomes..." it says "Unnamed Street becomes...".

I think their customer service is excellent. I got this reply within 30min of my question.
