Teletype GPS and traffic reports
I see the new Teletype "WorldNavigator" software offers a license (3, 6, 12 month) for their up-to-date traffic problems (which allow the software to re-route around it).
Obviously this takes an Internet connection.
My question... Is anyone using Teletype GPS and this traffic license, with a bluetooth GPS receiver and a bluetooth GPRS phone connected to the internet?
Teletype looks really good, especially with this feature! I checked and my city is supported, as well as many cities I travel to.
It also has plug-ins for other style maps, including raster maps, aviation related maps, and other things, including up-to-date weather information (also a subcription based thing, like the traffic data)
Two things bug me, though... First, who supplies their map data? And secondly, does anyone who uses this think the Bird's Eye view is any good? The Bird's Eye view aspect is important to me, and the screen shots I've found (only 2-3) look kinda crappy compared to other bird's eye views I've seen in other nav software. Anyone know of any place with a bunch of screen shots, or can someone take some screenshots of theirs and post them?
