Dell GPS wont pull in Zip code from contacts?

Hey everyone, so i finally decided on the Dell GPS and i works pretty well but whenever I pull up a contact as my destination it pulls the street adress, city and state but not the zip code. And 99% (i think becuase of this) the program cant find the adress. Has anyone had this problem or know what it is? For my PIM I'm using Pocket informant 5.6. Thanks in advanced!

I also have the Dell BT GPS. I use it with my contacts list from Outlook. It does not pull the zip from there either. I find that the "address not found" message comes if the street is not formatted exactly like its data base. For example, I may have Hwy 120 for my contact, but WI-120 would be in the data base. I tend to watch the address closely as it is searching, so I can manually put it in after it is not found. I update some of my contact information to matcht the data base as I go.
