I wonder what is your experience with Dell GPS BT-309?

I have got mine last October and in February this year had to ask for a replacement since it took extraordinary long for it to sync even under blue sky- anything between 3-10 mins and it lost the sync easily.

The replacement one is fine but I noticed that from time to time- again even under blue sky- it would not sync. It seems to be linked to either sudden change of coordinates or if the unit is off for more than one week. It would not lock in even after 10 mins and I have to cold start it from "GPS info" software. Then it comes to its senses under 3 minutes and works fine.

Does anybody have same problems or am I twice unlucky?

I had the same problem I had Dell ship me a replacement. Hopefully the problem is resolved.
