Re-installed OCN4 into BIS and now BIS is gone - how did that happen?

I was using OCN perfectly fine for a trip of about 3 hours today. I closed the axim down for about an hour. When I attempted to fire up OCN again to get back, all over sudden I got the error message that a DLL file was missing which was very strange since I havent done anything other then closing down the pda.

Later on back home, I re-installed OCN into the BIS (had it on my storage card before) and now, my BIS disappeared. How did that happen?

I guess I have to hard-reset to get my BIS back but the question now is whether OCN is messed up or my axim is sick.

Did anyone ever run into the same problem?
