SDIO GPS unit or standalone w/ bluetooth?

Excuse my ignoreance on the subject, but I am looking at getting GPS unit, preferably something that I can link with my Axim X30mid. What would you guys recommend? Buying a SDIO GPS unit or getting a standalone unit w/ bluetooth? Or is there a wiredversion I can use? I want to get into geocaching and I want NetStumbler to remember locations of wifi hotspots. Thanks for you assistance.

I'd recommend either bluetooth or serial to mouse/dedicated gps. With the SDIO, you loose the memory slot, and most gps maps are not small. Unlike Syson, the SDIO GPS does not have additional memory built in.
