Well the answer is yes and no. Yes, you can buy Delorme Street Atlas HandhHeld 2005. It is cheap at $39.95. Now for the bad news, the program totally sucks. The map data is old. It shows a bridge over some railroad tracks in my area that has not existed for over 30 years. It is painfully slow. My 11 mile route to work that OCN4 calcs in about 20 seconds takes almost 4 minutes in SAHH2005. It is supposed to reroute if you get off course, but it will take so long doing that, that you will be several blocks from where it will want you to turn. I could go on and on, but read the reports in Delorme's own forum:
http://forum.delorme.com/index.php?c=16. Oh and if that is one of the old GPSs from Delorme, then it may output the Delorme propriaty version of the GPS data. A guy at work just found that out about his. He has to use a program to put in in a format that most programs can use.
