Whats the best of the best cf gps

I've got a dell axim x5 regular and I'd like to get a cf gps for it, there are so many its very confusing. So if u could help me out id appreciate it. BTW i'm probably going with oc5 for the software, what do u guys who have version 5 think about it. Also I don't know if there are system requirements for this but I have 32MB of ram and the processor oc'd to 500mhz with the ability to go up to 600. I should be fine right.

32 Meg of ram is pretty tight these days. How much of that is free? If you don't have about 20 Meg or more free you're going to have problems with GPS applications.

myself, i just ordered the sirf III from buygpsnow. since i already have the SD slot as well, i would go with the extra sensitivity receiver.
i also have a BT338, but wanted to have the Cf option as well.
note there is an aximsite discount on the front page to get it to $99
