Mad Outlook Contact Integration doesn't work with Dell May 2005 GPS Update

Anybody else who has the Dell GPS Kit with May 2005 Updates find that Outlook Integration no longer works. I have tried on both an x50 Basic(A04 Rom) & x50v(AO3 Rom) and get error message "cannot find matching city name"

Please verify if I am isolated case or this is bug in new release.

Thanks

I am having the same issue with the iGuidance software...which is the same as Dell's. This is being worked on by iNav Corp.

Did anybody have anyluck reporting this to Dell?
In past when I Contacted them about previous version not working correctly in landscape and lack of native vga support. There comment was sorry, we don't support 3rd party software. Contact Navteq. I contacted Navteq & they said, "contact Dell its their product. We are just map data provider"

Is Dell going to wait another 6 months to fix this issue and then charge us another $100, for an "update" like they did to get Landscape & VGA?

Is it possible they could give us a free patch?

From What I Understand....

Navteq=Map Provider, they do not make the software that renders the maps.

Dell GPS Navigation Software=iNav Corporation, the makers of iGuidance Software. This is the company that will be updating the Dell version and their version (iGuidance).

The iGuidance software has the same issue as the Dell software so I am guessing when it gets fixed, the Dell one will as well.

Hope this helps-

John
