If you have upgraded from Nav 2004 to Tom Tom 5 - PLEASE REPLY!

Guys/Gals -- Is the upgrade worth it? Are you pleased or sorry that you upgraded? I'd be very grateful for some replies.

I upgraded from TTN4 (Palm), and will be installing TTN5 on my PPC once I get it - which should be tomorrow. For me, the ability to set multiple waypoints along a route is a big plus in the TTN5 version.

Very pleased. There are many more options now, and the maps (Tele Atlas) are more accurate. Heck, you can even get John Cleese to give you directions now. Seriously, of all the nav apps I've used so far (PMN, Mapopolis, & iGuidance) it is head and shoulders above them all. My upgrade was free, but in retrospect, I would have gladly paid the $50 if I had to. :approve:
