HELP!! Looking for extra long Gooseneck holder
There are tons of gooseneck holders for the Dell PDA on eBay but all of them are too short (less than 10"). My original holder which was 15" had broke the 1st time I used it. Was quite disappointed how poor the plastic suction had perished in the sun after only 2 months being suctioned on the window.

So i'm looking for a replacement. Something that is decent quality rubber that doesn't perish to easily in the sun.

Longer than 15" is also a plus.

I'm not concerned how the long length makes the holder bouncy. I run the neck along the dash board so there's minimal bounce if any.

Goose neck holders
What you might want to try is find a smaller but good rated holder.

Then buy two.

Take one apart at the suction cup end and the other at the holder.

You should find that you have either a large wire or a conduit inside a plastic wrapper. Take one to your nearest home fix-it store (Home Depot, Lowes, Ace Hardware) and get a conduit or cable connector. should be two hollow semi-circles that cover a section of cable or pipe and screw together.
